Nuria Mendoza moves to Levante

Nuria Mendoza moves to Levante after six seasons with Real Sociedad. She signed a contract for the next two seasons.

Mendoza started her career in Barcelona with RCD Espanyol. In 2015, the 25-year-old moved to Real Sociedad, with whom she won Copa de la Reina in 2019. In total, the Spanish defender played in 273 matches and scored six goals in Liga Iberdrola. Mendoza is a second Levante newcomer from Real Sociedad after Leire Baños.

“Happy to be part of the Levante and looking forward to giving it my all. I am excited about this new challenge! I’m sure we will do great things together,” Mendoza said on Twitter.
