Paula Sancho transfers to Valencia from a fellow league side, Rayo Vallecano. She penned a two-year deal with the club.
The 24-year-old, also known as Pauleta, already played for Valencia between 2013 and 2018. To continue her football development, she moved to Fundacion Albacete and in 2021 to Rayo Vallecano. In Madrid, the Spanish midfielder played 28 matches and scored three goals. Pauleta’s arrival is already six for Valencia, joining Macarena Portales, María Molina Anita Marcos, Liced Serna and Cosette Morche.
“I’ve decided to go for VCF Femenino because it’s the team that has seen me grow up and that I’ve felt since I was a little girl. I’m proud to have the opportunity to defend this crest again. I feel like I’m coming back home as a completely new player, with the desire to add to the team and help them achieve great things,” said Pauleta.
