Raquel Peña renews with Granadilla Tenerife for another season and will play for the Canary Islands club until the end of the next season.
The 34-year-old Las Palmas native spent majority of her career with Granadilla. After a four year spell with Atletico Madrid between 2010 and 2014, Peña, better known as Pisco, returned to Tenerife and has since played over 200 matches for the club. The Spanish defender is the third top scorer in Granadilla’s history.
“It is a pride for me to continue being part of this club. I have many good memories of these years in the team that allowed me to play in Liga F. I want to add many more games and I dream of playing a Copa de la Reina final with the Warriors,” said Pisco.
