Rinsola Babajide joins Granadilla

Rinsola Babajide joins Granadilla Tenerife from a fellow Liga F side, Real Betis. She penned a two-year deal.

The 25-year-old played for Crystal Palace, Watford, Millwall, Liverpool and Brighton & Hove Albion before moving abroad and joining Betis in 2021, initially on loan. The English striker of Nigerian descent played 40 matches and scored 10 goals for the Andalusian clubs. In Tenerife, she joins Bea Beltrán, who also signed recently.

“I can bring goals, assists, creativity and energy to the team to help us get as high up the table as possible,” said Babajide.
