Sporting Huelva sign Freja Abildå

Sporting Huelva sign Freja Abildå who arrives to Spain from Brøndby IF.

The 23-year-old has played for Brøndby her whole career, since 2013. In the last season, the Danish midfielder played in 26 matches and scored 2 goals. She also played in the Women’s Champions League. Move to Sporting Huelva is her first transfer and experience abroad.

“I hope that the club will help me to become a better player, win games and play good football. It’s a really good league, there are many good teams and I’m looking forward to playing many big games,” added Abildå.

Sporting Huelva are very active in this transfer window. Anita Marcos, Hannah Keane, Emily Dolan, Leticia Mendez, Cristina Pizarro and Judith Luzuriaga have already joined the club.
