Alessandro Spugna pens a new deal with Roma and will stay in the Eternal City for an additional year, until June 2024.
The 49-year-old was appointed as Roma coach in 2021 and finished on the second place in Serie A Femminile. Spugna extended his contract back in June. After a good first half of the season, which Giallorosse finished at the top of the standings and qualification to the knockout stage in the Women’s Champions League, the coach has been awarded with a new contract.
“I thank the club for this renewal, I feel great trust in me. Both I and the club want to continue the path of growth that started last season and that is giving us great satisfaction,’ said Spugna.
