Andrine Tomter joins Inter from a Norwegian side, Vålerenga. She signed a contract until the end of the season.
The 28-year-old played in her native Norway for the major part of her career, except for one-year spell in Netherlands with FC Twente. The experienced defender has been with Vålerenga since 2018, for which she played over 70 matches. Nerazzurre also signed Sofie Pedersen and Hayley Bugeja recently.
“I am really proud and I am very excited to join this huge club, it is huge for me,” added Tomter in her first interview.
Inter also announced arrival of the 19-year-old Maja Jelčić from SFK Sarajevo. The Bosnian forward already debuted for the national team.
