AS Roma signs Sophie Haug who is coming to the Italian capital from Norwegian LSK Kvinner. She signed a contract until June 2024.
The 22-year-old has been part of Norwegian club her whole career. The promising forward was part of the team who won the Norwegian Toppserie four times in a row between 2016 and 2019. In the last season, Haug played on 11 matches and scored six goals. She also played on the international stage in the Women’s Champions League. Roma will be her first experience abroad.
“I’m really happy to be joining Roma. It’s a great club with a lot of tradition in international football. I received a warm welcome, and I can’t wait to start working with the team,” added Haug for the club’s website.
