Barbara Bonansea signs a new deal with Juventus

After a contract extension last year, Barbara Bonansea signs a new deal with Juventus that will keep her with Bianconere for two more years, until June 2024.

The 30-year-old played for Torino and Brescia before moving to Juventus, when the women’s section of the club was formed in 2017. The Italian forward played over 350 matches in Serie A Femminile, 122 for Juventus, which puts her third on the most appearances list. With 65 goals, Bonansea is also second-best goalscorer in the club’s history.

“This renewal is really important because it is great to feel the club’s faith. I have always said that I fell at home here. Juventus is my home. From these words, I think it is obvious what this means for me,” said Bonansea.
