Daniela Sabatino extends with Fiorentina and will stay with the Tuscany club for two more years, until 2023.
The 35-year-old has played for different clubs around the Italy before joining Viola in 2020. In her first season with the club, the experienced striker scored 16 goals in 22 matches in Serie A Femminile. One of the best Italian strikers, with 31 goals from 66 on the international stage, finished on the 4th place in Serie A Femminile with Fiorentina.
“I would like to thank President Commisso and all the management for the trust they have shown me. I decided to stay in Florence because they made me feel important, together we want to redeem the year just ended and show that we can high levels. My goal is to do well with Fiorentina and earn the national team jersey for the EURO,” said Sabatino.
