Davide Corti takes over AC Milan

Davide Corti takes over AC Milan after the club parted ways with Maurizio Ganz, who was in charge since 2019.

The 51-year-old Davide Corti was coaching Milan women’s Primavera team since the team was launched in 2021/22. The Italian coach led the side to 2nd place finish in both seasons. Corti replaces Ganz, who leaves Rossonere after four years.

The 55-year-old had a poor start into Serie A Femminile season. 6th place after 8 matchdays is way below the expectations. At the moment, Milan are even out of the Championship Group which consists of top 5 teams. Corti will have the first test already during the weekend in Derby della Madonnina against Inter.
