Elisa Bartoli pens a new deal with Roma and will stay in the Eternal city for at least two more years, until June 2025.
The 31-year-old joined AS Roma, when the team was founded in 2018. Rome native, who previously played for Torres Calcio, Mozzanica and Fiorentina, captains the team since the very beginning. The Italian right-back with over 60 caps for the national team, played 115 matches and scored 15 goals for Giallorosse. Initially, her contract was expiring at the end of the season.
“I’ve been here since day one, I’ve seen this team grow season after season with so much sacrifice and ambition, that’s why I’m proud to continue to be part of it. Our challenges are always more fascinating, I can’t wait to continue living them with these colours,” said Bartoli.
