Emilie Haavi joins AS Roma from a Norwegian side, LSK Kvinner for the second half of the season.
This will be the second experience abroad for the 29-year-old forward, after she played in the US in 2017. The experienced Norwegian international played for Røa and Kvinner in the highest level of Norwegian football. She has made 305 appearances and scored 156 goals. Haavi won nine Norwegian championships and eight domestic cups throughout her career. She has also made 90 appearances for the Norwegian national team.
“Roma is a great club with an important tradition and great ambitions, that’s why I decided I wanted to be part of it. The Italian league has grown a lot in recent years, I am happy to start this journey,” said Haavi.
