Lazio add four new players

Lazio add four new players to the squad in the last weeks. Johanne Fridlund, Chloé Le Franc, Chiara Groff, Giulia Ferrandi and have all moved to the Italian capital.

Lazio, who are struggling to stay in the Serie A Femminile, try to reinforce the squad with four new additions in the last weeks of the year 2021.

Johanne Fridlund is a 25-year-old Norwegian forward who joins Lazio from Kolbotn IL. Fridlund spent most of her career in Valerenga with whom she played in the Norwegian cup final.

Chloé Le Franc is a young, 22-year-old, French midfielder who arrives to Rome after finishing college in the United States. While studying, Le Franc played for High Point University in the NCAA championship.

Chiara Groff moves to Lazio after a short spell with San Marino Academy in Serie B Femminile. Previously, the Italian defender also played for Napoli CF but left at the beginning of the season to join San Marino.

Giulia Ferrandi is the most experienced from all. The 29-year-old played in Atalanta and Brescia, where she won the Italian cup, before moving abroad. She spent two seasons in England with West Ham and Watford, before returning back to Italy. In the last season, the Italian midfielder played for Pomigliano.
