Lineth Beerensteyn signs for Juventus

Lineth Beerensteyn signs for Juventus after leaving FC Bayern München. She signed a two-year contract.

The 25-year-old played for Den Haag and Twente in her native Netherlands before making a move to Germany and joining FC Bayern München in 2017. For the Bavarians, the Dutch forward made 128 appearances and scored 25 goals. In the 2020/21 season, she also won Frauen Bundesliga. On the international stage, Beerensteyn is a regular in the Dutch national team, with over 75 caps on her tally.

“In this phase of my career, it is important to play as much as possible and have a leading role in the team because I want to keep developing as much as possible. Juventus thinks I can be of added value in multiple positions. And, the entire organization feels like one big family. This is why I decided to join them,” added Beerensteyn.
