Manuela Giugliano extends with AS Roma

Manuela Giugliano extends with AS Roma and will play in the Eternal city at least until June 2028.

The 26-year-old played for various Italian clubs, including Verona, Brescia, and Milan before joining Giallorosse in 2019. The Italian midfielder soon became one of the regulars, having played a total of 126 matches and scoring 31 goals. Giugliano played a key role in Roma’s first Scudetto in the last season. She also club’s all-time best in assist. Apart from that, Giugliano is one of the most experienced players on the international stage, with over 70 caps for Azzurre.

“I am very happy to have renewed my contract because from day one I felt like an integral part of this project. Here in Rome I found a great family with sporting and human values that represent me”, said Giugliano.
