Milica Mijatović joins AS Roma from a Swedish side, BK Hacken. She signed a contract until the end of the season.
The 30-year-old has quite diverse CV. Starting her career in Bosnia, she soon moved to Belgrade, where she played for the Red Star. After that, the Serbian forward played in Kazakhstan for BIIK Kazygurt. Following that, Mijatović played in France, Sweden, Norway, Australia and Cyprus before joining BK Häcken in 2021. The Serbian international, with 35 caps, made 20 appearances for the Swedish club before moving to the Eternal city, where she will play in Italy for the first time.
“I am proud and happy to have signed for AS Roma, as it is a great club with a bright future. I cannot wait to get started and to help the team in its upcoming matches,” Mijatovic said.
