Ronja Aronsson moves to Fiorentina

Ronja Aronsson moves to Fiorentina from a Swedish side, Linköpings. She signed a contract until the end of the season with an option for an additional year.

The 24-year-old spent most of her career with Pitea IF, for whom she made almost 100 appearances. In 2020, the Swedish defender moved to league rivals, Linköpings. Aronsson played 31 matches and scored one goal for three-time Swedish champions. Fiorentina, who have already signed Vero Boquete and Valentina Giacinti in the current transfer window, will be the first stop abroad for Ronja Aronsson.

“Happy to join this club and looking forward to put on the purple shirt,” said Aronsson on Instagram.
