Thaisa Moreno joins AS Roma

Thaisa Moreno joins AS Roma from Real Madrid. She signed a contract until the end of the next season.

AS Roma will already be the 13th stop in the career of the 32-year-old Brazilian. After starting her career in her home country, Moreno played in Sweden, Iceland, United States, Spain and also in Italy. In 2018, she spent one season in Serie A Femminile with AC Milan. During the last two years, the Brazilian international midfielder with 86 caps, played in Spain for Real Madrid.

“I chose to play for Roma because I think I am at the club with a great project. Last season, Roma won the Coppa Italia after a path of growth that began only a few years ago, and I’m here to help the team improve further,” said Moreno.
