Veronica Boquete and Stephanie Breitner renew with Fiorentina and will wear the purple jersey until June 2023 and June 2024, respectively.
The 35-year-old joined Viola earlier this year from AC Milan. The Spanish forward has experience from best leagues around the world, having played in Spain, US, Sweden, Germany, and China, before arriving to Italy in 2020, when she joined Milan. In the second half of the season, Boquete played 10 matches and scored three goals.

Stephanie Breitner has been with Fiorentina for longer, having joined from Hoffenheim in 2018. With over 110 appearances in Frauen Bundesliga, the 29-year-old has also become an important part of Viola’s team. Since her arrival, Breitner played almost 70 matches across all competitions.
Viola already extended contracts with Federica Russo, Michela Catena and Martina Zanoli.
