Courtney Brosnan extends with Everton

Courtney Brosnan extends with Everton for another season and will stay with the club until June 2023.

The 26-year-old joined the Toffees last summer on a free transfer from West Ham United. The American-born goalkeeper, who plays for the Irish national team, made 8 appearances across all competitions in the last season. Sandy MacIver who left the club a few days ago has been a number one choice between the post.

“I’m very excited to spend another year with this club. Having played in England for three years with two different clubs, I feel I have a good understanding of this league and the quality of teams that you’re up against,” said Brosnan.
