Ellen Jones moves to Leicester City

Ellen Jones moves to Leicester City after finishing her college career in the US with Colorado Buffaloes.

The 19-year-old already debuted in the Women’s Super League, when she played for Bristol City and making a total of five appearances. Last year, the English winger moved to the States, where she played college football. Now she returns to the English top flight, hoping for some minutes with the Foxes, which already signed Erin Simon, Josie Green and Aileen Whelan.

“It feels amazing to be here and I’m excited to come back to the WSL after some time in America – coming to Leicester is a great opportunity for me. I had a number of options, but Leicester felt like the right fit,” said Jones.
