Fuka Nagano moves to Liverpool

Fuka Nagano moves to Liverpool from the US side, North Carolina Courage.

The 23-year-old played in South Korea and Japan before joining North Carolina last July. The Japanese midfielder, who has 34 caps for the national team, played 11 matches in the National Women’s Soccer League and scored two goals. She become second winter arrival for the Reds, which also signed Sofie Lundgaaard. 

“I’m very happy to join such a great team and club. I’m really pleased to play for a club that has a great history. As part of the team, I’m ready to give my everything and willing to work as hard as I can,” said Nagano.
