Jeon Ga-eul and Amalie Eikeland extend with Reading

Jeon Ga-eul and Amalie Eikeland extend with Reading FC. The forward duo will stay with the Royals until the end of the next season.

The 32-year-old Jeon arrived to Reading before the start of the last season from Bristol City. Due to injury, the South Korean made just four appearances. Before arriving to the Women’s Super League, the second-highest South Korean goalscorer of all time with 38 goals in 101 caps, played in Australia and her home country.

Amalie Eikeland will also enter the 3rd season in the Women’s Super League. She arrived to Reading in 2019 from Sandviken. In the last season, the Norwegian forward made 16 appearances and scored three goals.
