Jonas Eidevall stays on Arsenal bench

Jonas Eidevall stays on Arsenal bench for two more years, until June 2024, the club announced today.
The 39-year-old took charge in Arsenal last summer, succeeding Joe Montemurro, who left for Juventus. The Swedish coach, who previously worked in Lunds, and Rosengard, led the team to the Women’s Champions League quarter-final, where they were knocked out by Wolfsburg. In the Women’s Super League, Arsenal is still challenging Chelsea for the title, which will be decided on Sunday.
“It’s great. It allows me to continue to work for a club that I love so much and be around people that I really, really like, and to be able to achieve things together, so I’m really looking forward to that,” said Eidevall for arsenal.com.
