Kate Longhurst extends with West Ham United and will stay in London at least until the end of the next season.
The 33-year-old played for various English clubs throughout her career, including Millwall, Chelsea, and Liverpool, before joining West Ham in 2018. Since then, she has become a second player in the club with 100 appearances for the Hammers. The English midfielder is one of the key players in the team, having played all 22 matches in the current season of the Women’s Super League.
I’m really excited to be staying for another year. As a club, I feel like we have progressed a lot in the time that I have been here, and I’m hoping that next season will be the best one yet,” said Longhurst for whufc.com.
