Katja Snoeijs moves to Everton

Katja Snoeijs moves to Everton from Girondins Bordeaux. She penned a two-year contract with the club.
The 25-year-old was one of the best players in Eredivisie before she left her native Netherlands and joined Bordeaux in 2020. The occasional Dutch international also played one of the key roles in the Bordeaux squad, having played 47 matches and scoring 24 goals.
“I’m really excited to be here. This is a big club with a lot of history in the women’s game in England. England has the best league in Europe. I’ve followed this league from distance, and you see teams develop and grow,” added Snoeijs.
