Leah Williamson stays with Arsenal after extending her contract that was expiring at the end of the season.
The 24-year-old joined the Gunners at age 9 and debuted in the first team in 2014. A versatile player has played a total of 165 matches and scored 10 goals for Arsenal. With the Gunners, she has also won Women’s Super League in 2019, two League Cups and two FA cups.

“I’ve signed because I’ve always said that this is my club. I say it’s a fairytale that I’m still here, I have won trophies and we’ve continued to compete for trophies, that’s really important to me and I think that I owe the club as well for everything they’ve given to me, and it’s time for me to give back to them,” Williamson said.
