Lize Kop signs for Leicester City

Lize Kop signs for Leicester City from Dutch side, Ajax. She signed a three-year contract, until June 2026.

The 25-year-old has been with Ajax her whole career. After debuting for the senior team in 2017, the Dutch goalkeeper played over 100 matches and won two Eredivisie titles with the Amsterdam team. Kop also stood seven times between the posts for the Dutch national team. The Foxes also recently signed Janice Cayman, Lena Petermann and Janina Leitzig.

“It feels great to be here, and it feels like home already. I wanted to have new experiences within my career, and I feel like this move came at the right time. I spoke to Willie and I felt good right away,” said Kop.
