Lucy Watson moves to Chelsea

Lucy Watson moves to Chelsea from Sheffield United. She signed a two-year deal with the Blues.
The 18-year-old debuted for Sheffield United already two years ago. In the last season, the English forward has been one of the key players, having played all 22 matches in Women’s Championship and scored eight goals on the way. Another signing for the Blues, who already added Kadeisha Buchanan, Katerina Svitkova and Eve Perisset to the squad for the next season.
“I am so proud to have signed for a huge club like Chelsea. I am very excited to continue my development and see what the future holds for me. Thank you to Emma Hayes and the team for giving me this opportunity,” said Watson.
