Mary Fowler transfers to Manchestery City

Mary Fowler transfers to Manchestery City from D1 Arkema League side, Montpelleir HSC. She signed a four-year deal, until June 2026.
The 19-year-old played for various teams in Australia, where she debuted on the senior level. In 2020, one of the most prospective footballers in the world moved to France and signed with Montpellier. In the last season, Fowler played 17 matches and scored five goals. Despite her youth, she has already played 24 matches with Matildas. Recently, Fowler was named  Australia’s PFA Young Women’s Footballer of the Year. Another summer arrival for City who already added Laia Alexandri, Leila Ouahabi and Deyna Castellanos to the squad.
“I’m really excited and proud to be joining this Club – it’s a team that I’ve always wanted to play for, so I’m honoured to have this opportunity,” said Fowler.
