Maya Le Tissier extends with Brighton

Maya Le Tissier extends with Brighton and Hove Albion. She signed a two-year contract that will keep her in the club until June 2023.

The 19-year-old, born in Guernsey, went through Brighton’s academy and debuted in the senior team in November 2019. Since then, the English international defender in the youth categories made 30 appearances for the club. In the last season, when Brighton finished 6th in the Women’s Super League, Le Tissier made 21 appearances.

“I’m really pleased to be staying at the club long-term. With the profile of the club and the WSL increasing it’s a great time to be part of what we’re trying to achieve at Brighton,” said Le Tissier for the club’s website.
