Megan Finnigan renews with Everton

Megan Finnigan renews with Everton and will stay with the club for at least three more years, until June 2026.

The 25-year-old has been with Everton practically her whole life. She joined the academy at the age of 9 and has become a longest-serving player in the club. In total, the English defender played over 150 matches for the Toffees. Her solid defensive skills, technical ability, and leadership qualities have made her a fan favorite and earned her a reputation as one of the most promising young talents in English football.

“I’m delighted. I’ve been here for a very long time and this contract will extend that stay even further. Anyone who knows me knows how much I love this club. With the length of the contract I’ve signed, that tells me how much the club values me and wants me, which is massive as a player,” said Finnigan.
