Niamh Charles extends with Chelsea and will stay in London for at least three more years, until June 2025.
The 23-year-old joined the Blues in 2020 from Liverpool. Establishing herself in Emma Heyes’ lineup soon after her arrival, the English full-back played over 50 matches for Chelsea and won two Women’s Super League titles and also reach the Women’s Champions League final.
“I’m really proud to have signed a new contract with Chelsea and to continue representing the badge with pride. The past two years have been incredible and I’m excited to continue developing both as an individual and with the team. I can’t wait to see what we can achieve together in the next few years,” added Charles, who joins Millie Bright, Jess Carter and Maren Mjelde as the latest contract extension.
