Nicoline Sørensen extends with Everton

Nicoline Sørensen extends with Everton and will stay with the club at least until the end of the next season.
The 24-year-old played for Rosengard, Brondby and Linkopings before joining the Toffees in 2020. Already in her first season, the Danish midfielder established herself as a regular and played all Women’s Super League matches. Sørensen spent most of the last season on the sidelines, following a cruciate ligament injury. The Danish international is ready to return to the pitch with the beginning of the new season. Courtney Brosnan also renewed her contract with the club recently.
“I’m delighted to stay here for another year. I feel like this is a new start for myself and the club, and I’m excited to be a part of that. Hopefully it’s not too far away until I’m back on the pitch with the girls,” added  Sørensen.
