Rikke Madsen signs for Everton

Rikke Madsen signs for Everton, joining the club from North Carolina Courage. The club also announced the arrival of Kathrine Kuhl, who joins on loan from Arsenal.

The 26-year-old Madsen played in Denmark, Norway and Spain before moving to the NWSL and joining North Carolina in 2022, but spent the last few months on loan in Australia with Melbourne Victory. The Danish international forward will experience the Women’s Super League for the first time in her career, joining the Toffees on an 18-month deal.

Kathrine Kuhl on the other side already has plenty of experience with the English top tier. Since her arrival to London in 2022, the Danish midfielder played 24 matches for the Gunners. She will stay in Liverpool as a loaned player until the end of the season.
