Talented trio joins Manchester City

Laura Blindkilde Brown, Tara O’Hanlon and Poppy Pritchard all joined Manchester City on deals until June 2027.

Blindkilde Brown, the oldest out of the three with 20 years, debuted for Birmingham City on the senior level, but soon left to join Aston Villa. With their city rivals, the English midfielder became a regular and made over 50 appearances. She was also voted Villa’s player of the year two times.

Tara O’Hanlon arrives from Peamount United, where she kicked-off her senior career. Despite being only 18, the Irish defender played 22 matches in her debut campaign. One of the biggest Irish talents also debuted for the national team last year.

Poppy Pritchard moves to Manchester City from the Championship side, Durham. Coming from the academy, the 18-year-old forward played 19 matches and scored two goals. Three signings for the Manchester City’s bright future.
