Teagan Micah transfers to Liverpool

Teagan Micah transfers to Liverpool from a Swedish side, FC Rosengard.

The 25-year-old played in her native Australia before moving to the States for the college career. Upon graduating, she arrived to Europe, where she played in Sweden and Norway. The international goalkeeper played 14 matches for Matilda and is also part of the squad for the World Cup on home soil.

“For me, it was also about getting into the WSL – I know it’s turning into the best league in the world. To be able to compete against the best players in the world is really important for myself, for my career,” said Micah. The Reds also signed Mia Enderby, Jenna Clark and Natasha Flint during the current transfer window.
