Thea Kyvåg signs for West Ham United, joining the club from a Norwegian club, LSK Kvinner. She signed a three-year contract with the club.
The 18-year-old joined Kvinner in 2020 from Gjellerasen. Despite her youth, the Norwegian winger already played 40 matches in the Toppserien. International in Norwegian youth categories is already an eight summer arrival for the Hammers, joining Vivane Asseyi, Alex Henessy, Sophie Hillyerd, Lisa Evans, Kirsty Smith and Izzy Atkinson.
“I’m really looking forward to joining West Ham United. It’s always been a dream of mine to play outside of Norway, and I’ve always looked up to players that have made the move to the Barclays Women’s Super League,” Kyvåg told whufc.com.
