Tottenham appoint Robert Vilahamn as headcoach

Tottenham appoint Robert Vilahamn as headcoach, replacing Rehanne Skinner, who was dismissed back in March.

The 40-year-old coach worked in youth categories in Swedish men’s football before taking a role of assistant coach with Allsvenskan side, BK Häcken. After success with the male team, Vilahamn took over Häcken women’s team and led the team to the Women’s Champions League qualification. The Swedish coach signed a two-year contract with the Spurs.

“It’s an honour to join this world-renowned football club and I’m truly motivated by both the challenge and the opportunity that comes with this role. The Club has a talented group of players and I look forward to leading this team in such an exciting project,” said Vilahamn.
