Tottenham sack Rehanne Skinner

Tottenham sack Rehanne Skinner after defeat against Liverpool on Sunday.

The 43-year-old coach joined Spurs in November 2020. Previously working as a national coach in England and Wales youth categories, Skinner led Tottenham to fifth place in the last season of WSL, the highest ever and renewed the contract a year ago. In the current seasons, Spurs won just three games with last Super League back in October. After another defeat and 10th place in the league, just two poinst ahead of last-placed Leicester City, the club opted for a change.

Her former assitant, Vicky Jepson will take the team for Wednesday’s home fixture against Leicester City, one of the key matches in relegation battle.
