Victoria Pelova and Kathrine Kuhl transfer to Arsenal

Victoria Pelova and Kathrine Kuhl transfer to Arsenal from Ajax and FC Nordsjælland, respectively.

The 23-year-old Pelova played for Den Haag at the beginning of her career. In 2019, she joined Ajax and has since become one of the biggest Dutch talents. The talented midfielder has already played over 120 matches in the Eredivisie and was also part of the Dutch national team, which won silver medal in the 2019 EURO. In total, Pelova played 33 matches on the international stage.

“I’m delighted to have signed for Arsenal- I’ve always admired this club and dreamt of following in the footsteps of some of the great Dutch players who have worn the shirt. I can’t wait to get going and start contributing to the team,” added Pelova for arsenal.com.

The 19-year-old Kuhl will play abroad for the first time in her career. Despite her age, the Danish forward played over 40 matches in the Eliteserien. As one of the biggest talents in Denmark, she has already debuted for the national team as well.
