Zaneta Wyne signs for West Ham United, moving from a Scottish side, Glasgow City.

The 30-year-old midfielder knows the Hammers’ coach, Olli Harder, when they worked together in Klepp IL. American came to Europe in 2013 and played for different clubs in Scandinavia. She has already experienced playing in Women’s Super League during her time with Sunderland. Most recently, Wyne was a part of Glasgow City’s team who won the Scottish title.

“I’m super excited to be joining West Ham United! I’m really pleased to be back in the Women’s Super League again and can’t wait to get started. I respect Olli a lot as a coach, he’s a good guy and works incredibly hard. I just want to play for him, so I’m looking forward to creating some new memories and hopefully bringing some success to the club,” Wyne told whufc.com
